Pastor Warren began his spiritual journey in 1990 at Berkland Baptist Church (from which KCBC was started) while attending UC Berkeley. Soon after graduating as a Computer Science major, he and Alison got married. In 2001, they went to Moscow, Russia, as missionaries. After the tragic events of 9/11, they were convicted to return to help plant Berkland Baptist Church in Washington, D.C (now, Worthy Life Baptist Church) where they grew deeper in understanding of the Word of God, church and missions.

In 2014, God led them back to the mission field and they served in Myanmar, Turkey, Republic of Georgia and Armenia. They recently returned to the states and joined the KCBC family where they are serving as part of the Cal State Long Beach ministry. Also, Alison serves as director of our JOYLand children's ministry. They both enjoy music, games and sports, and especially love to eat as they are foodies at heart! Pastor Warren and Alison have a daughter Elizabeth and a son Nathanael.
