Pastor Warren began his spiritual journey in 1990 at Berkland Baptist Church (from which KCBC was started) while attending UC Berkeley. Soon after graduating as a Computer Science major, he and Alison were married. Warren later received his MBA from Georgetown University and is currently working at a tech company while serving in ministry. He is also presently pursuing a Master of Theology degree from Gateway Seminary.

Warren and Alison helped plant our church in Washington, D.C. (Worthy Life Baptist Church) and also spent time serving on the mission field in Russia, Myanmar, Turkey, the Republic of Georgia, and Armenia. They returned to the States and joined the KCBC family, where they now serve as directors of the College Group. Alison also serves as director of the JOYLand children’s ministry. They both enjoy music, games, and sports, and especially love to eat as foodies at heart. Pastor Warren and Alison have a daughter and a son.
